Terms of Sales
1. REGULATIONS
Amount of the stay to be paid in full upon booking. No application fees. Upon receipt of the payment, you will receive in the following days, a confirmation of your reservation by email to be given upon your arrival on which will appear the practical information of your stay. Please note: your reservation option can be lifted in the event of late payment for the stay, the option period being set at 10 days.
2. MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Bank or postal check, payable to Château de la Folie, bank card (Mastercard and Visa) or bank transfer.
3. CAPACITY
Our rooms can only accommodate a maximum of two adults. No overtaking may be tolerated for safety and insurance reasons. Children can be accepted on extra beds after agreement from the Management and subject to a possible price increase.
4. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
Any modification requested in terms of dates or duration must be validated by the customer manager within a minimum of 10 days prior to your arrival date. It may, if necessary, be subject to additional invoicing.
- For any stay canceled more than 8 days before the date of arrival, we will not retain any sum of money.
- For any stay canceled within 8 days preceding the date of arrival, interrupted or not consumed for any reason whatsoever, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be payable or will remain acquired by Château de la Folie.
In case of last minute impediment, it is imperative to notify the Château de la Folie on 06 95 75 25 09.
5. CANCELLATION OF STAY BY CHATEAU DE LA FOLIE
The management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In this context, we will offer you the postponement of your stay to a later date, within 12 current months.If it is impossible to postpone, all the sums paid will be refunded to you; no other compensation may be claimed.
6. PRICES
The rates listed on our website or our brochures are subject to change depending on economic conditions or regulatory provisions, they include all taxes. Only the price appearing on your voucher or other confirmation letter is valid.
7. CONDITIONS OF SALE OF GIFT VOUCHERS
The Château de la Folie issues and markets gift vouchers which are redeemable by the beneficiary on the services offered by the company. - This voucher is valid for use within 12 months from the date of purchase. (Example for a gift voucher purchased on December 15 of a year, the date of stay booked afterwards must be between December 15 of the year of purchase of the gift voucher and the end of December of the year following the purchase of the gift voucher).
- The gift voucher is only valid for the duration indicated on it.
- We issue gift vouchers valid for accommodation of one or more nights without determining the day of the week.
- The beneficiary may, if he wishes, by paying an additional amount, reserve an additional night, reserve for additional people, or choose a more complete formula.
- The beneficiary is invited to make his reservation as soon as he can in order to benefit from a wider choice.
8. GIFT VOUCHERS (ISSUED BY CHATEAU DE LA FOLIE)
We recommend that you book as soon as possible in order to benefit from the widest choice of dates, clearly specifying the formula of the gift voucher and the services included: reservations can be made regardless of the day of the week, including the weekends, subject to availability.
The gift voucher is valid exclusively at Château de la Folie. This is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
In the event of non-use at the end of its validity date, loss or destruction of the gift voucher, neither its buyer nor its beneficiary will be able to claim a refund or an exchange.
The price is payable when ordering.
9. ANIMALS
Animals are strictly forbidden at the Château de la Folie, no tolerance can be practiced, the owners having their own animals.
10. VALUABLES
It is recommended not to leave valuables in your room. However, a safe is provided for this purpose to secure your valuables. Management is responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.
11. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with AR within 15 days of the stay to the following address:

12. DISPUTE: In the event of a dispute, only the jurisdiction of the Court of Beauvais is recognized.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
- 48 hours before your arrival, we kindly ask you to agree on an arrival time between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. (by email or by phone).
- In case of late arrival or last minute impediment, it is imperative to notify the Château de la Folie,
- On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated before 11:00 a.m.
- The minibar sheet must be completed according to your consumption of products from the minibar. Any undeclared consumption will be invoiced upon verification of the room.
- At the end of your stay, you are invited to check that you have not left any personal effects in the room. Any personal item, excluding perishable goods, must be claimed within one month of your departure.
- Lost items are shipped after receipt of the amount of postage relating to their shipment.
